I am a genius and I apply my wisdom

I love this beautiful quote by John DeMartini.  OF COURSE you are a genius, as we are all Source energy in a human body, here for the JOY of it!

I wish I learned this umpty-ump years ago … but knowing and applying it NOW is good, too!

This morning our handyman said he needs to turn the water off so I had to hurry and make my juice.  I just used my citrus juicer and Vitamix and the result was  an obscene amount of juice.  Just went plum crazy:

• Carrot/orange/ginger (someone gifted me the fresh carrot and I just improved on it)
• Orange/ginger/spirulina
• Coconut/lime/cinnamon
• Fresh aloe/Goji/ginger/lemonade with MSM
• Coconut/spinach/mint
• Pineapple/ginger/kale

I made so much it does not seem possible that I could drink it all, but Spirit is telling me that after all this juice, I will never be the same again! Yes, I can dig that!

My main focus on this 2009 Global Juice Feast is to RAISE my  vibration in every area of my life.  Juice Feasting is the easiest way I know how to do this.

Cleansing my body raises its frequency, for sure, and this has a positive ripple effect on every aspect of my life.  I am very grateful for all those feasting around the globe.  The support from all of these people is priceless!
