Beyond excited to begin the Global Juice Feast with everyone around the world …. it is so encouraging to me that my body craves the good stuff, things that would have been other than appealing when I was more toxic. This breakfast juice is extremely yummy to me and others in the house went, “whew, waaaaaay too green-tasting”. This signals to me that all systems are go in riding the wave of the Great Global Juice Feast.
Breakfast Juice:
Adding water for blending gave me 1 quart of juice
- 1 grapefruit

- 4 oz of parsley
- a few drops of peppermint extract (to mask the strong green taste of the parsley)
- a tiny bit of stevia to sweeten
Midday snack:
- 1 T. bee pollen
Lunch & Dinner Juice:
- 20 oz romaine & chard
- 2 lbs carrots
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 head celery
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 green onions
- 4 lemons
- 2 inches ginger root
- cayenne, mint and stevia to flavor
Wow! Love the spicyness from the cayenne. It’s a gray day here in San Diego, and this is very warming. This recipe feels very hearty, like a veggie stew, but everything is strained. I’m feeling great.
I just logged onto fitday.com and entered the foods I’ve juiced so far, and was blown away to discover that these foods already total 1150 calories, including 56 grams of protein (and I haven’t even had my oil or superfood powders yet). This is very encouraging to know that we will be getting great nutrition during this process.
Late Night Juice (gotta get those last 8 oz of leafy greens in for my 2 # quota):
- 1 grapefruit
- 4 oz of parsley
- 4 oz red leaf lettuce
- a few drops of peppermint extract (to mask the strong green taste of the parsley)
- a tiny bit of stevia to sweeten
This is a very cool video (1st of 7) from youtube about the suppression of a cancer cure that has helped hundreds.
What a great community of gentle folks with glowing hearts we have in our JF community. Such an honor!
